Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) - Part-Time
Location: Salisbury, MD
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week; up to 32 hours/week when the physician is on vacation
Pay: $70-$90/hour DOE
Type: Part-Time / In-Person

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.
Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required. New graduates and providers with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories
Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medications as permitted by applicable laws and guidelines
Provide patient and family education
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
Current, valid Maryland NP or PA license
Appropriate national certification
Pediatric experience preferred
New graduates and providers with up to 2 years of experience welcome
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff
Current prescribing authority/DEA registration, as applicable

Malpractice coverage is provided. This is a part-time position with no benefits.
