We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Investment Proposal & Data Quality Analyst to join a growing investment management organization. This individual will support the preparation and delivery of investment proposals, client reporting materials, and related deliverables while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial and portfolio data.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with investment, operations, reporting, and technology teams while contributing to efficient workflows, high-quality client deliverables, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and an understanding of investment data with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in investment management, finance, business operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with investment portfolios, benchmarks, performance data, and portfolio analytics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting institutional or intermediary proposal processes.
- Familiarity with investment products, portfolio analytics, and performance data.
- Experience with proposal management tools, consultant databases, or reporting systems.
- Experience working with large datasets and validating financial information.
- Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

Responsibilities
CANDIDATE: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with financial data and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing investment proposal workflows and delivering high-quality client materials, while gaining exposure to portfolio analytics, data quality, and operational improvement initiatives within a rapidly growing business.
Proposal Production - Support the end-to-end production and delivery of proposal and related client deliverables, including preparation, review, quality control, and distribution of proposal materials and reports.
- Collect, validate, and organize portfolio, account, and strategy data required for proposal responses.
- Coordinate proposal workflows from request intake through delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Track proposal status, outstanding action items, and delivery timelines.
Data Validation & Quality Control - • Perform data validation and quality control reviews supporting proposals and related deliverables.
- • Investigate and document data discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues.
- • Support data integrity, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Execute UAT and validation for applications, reports, and workflow enhancements.
- • Collaborate with business and technology teams to support issue resolution and process improvements.
